During this 30 minute long assessment, we will test the athletes strength, mobility, and overall form to properly access what that athlete will need moving forward to reach their desired goals. At the end we will discuss with the athlete and/or guardian the plan moving forward with the training programs. We have some type of imbalances or may lack strength in a few phases of our game, but let us help you turn those imbalances into more strengths.
This hour long training will provide technique, strength and explosiveness to any individual looking to maximize their sprinting speed. This class is coached by Khayri Denny, former Division 1 athlete at the University of Rhode Island.
Location of this training will be at Deyemensional's gym location or Independence High School on the main track. Location updates will be posted on the website and social media pages.
