This membership is designed for athletes who are committed to growth and pushing toward elite-level performance. This athlete may not be there yet, however they are training like they will be.
With this membership, athletes can attend any 3 sessions per week, choosing from a schedule packed with purpose-driven training that targets speed, strength, agility, and explosive power.
MONDAY: Linear Speed + Lower Body Lift
TUESDAY: Lateral Speed & Agility + Upper Body Lift
WEDNESDAY: Conditioning + Functional Full-Body
THURSDAY: Explosive Training + Full-Body Lift
SATURDAY: Linear Speed + Lower Body
Class Times: Monday - Thursday at 6:15 PM | Saturday at 11:15 AM - choice of any 3 days that work best for your schedule and goals.
