This options allows 4 sessions for athletes looking to attend any of our youth, intermediate, elite classes throughout the week. These classes are an hour long training tailored for athletes on the middle school and high school level. This training will cover everything from physical, mental and spiritual advancement, with the goal of optimizing each athletes greatest potential.
