This is the perfect starting point for young athletes (ages 6 - 13) who are building their foundation in speed, agility, strength, and confidence. These fun, fast-paced sessions focus on developing proper technique, athletic coordination, and mental toughness - all in a positive, team-centered environment.
Training is offered Monday - Thursday at 5:00 PM, and Saturdays at 10:00 AM - you pick the 2 days per week that best fit your schedule.
