With this membership, athletes can attend any 2 days per week from the schedule below - you choose the days that fit best with your goals and routine.
MONDAY: Linear Speed + Lower Body Lift
TUESDAY: Lateral Speed & Agility + Upper Body Lift
WEDNESDAY: Conditioning + Functional Full-Body
THURSDAY: Explosive Training + Full-Body Lift
SATURDAY: Linear Speed + Lower Body
Class Times: Monday - Thursday at 6:15 PM | Saturday at 11:15 AM
