This package is for individuals looking to get fine tuning during the season. It offers training one time out of the week with your option from Monday-Thursday and Saturday.

Our athlete training consists of developing athletes physically and mentally to bring out the best versions of themselves on and off the field. We are big believers in that where the mind goes the body flows, so developing the mind of an individual is vital to maximum performance. We will work on all phases of optimal performance from agility, speed, strengthening, explosiveness, and most importantly mobility.

MONDAY: LINEAR SPEED [ LOWER BODY LIFT ]

TUESDAY: LATERAL SPEED & AGILITY [ UPPER BODY LIFT ]

WEDNESDAY: CONDITIONING [ FUNCTIONAL FULLBODY ]

THURSDAY: EXPLOSIVE TRAINING [ FULL BODY LIFT ]

SATURDAY: LINEAR SPEED [ LOWER BODY ]
