SCHEDULE:
MONDAY- LINEAR SPEED FOLLOWED BY A LOWER BODY STRENGTH SESSION
WEDNESDAY- AGILITY TRAINING FOLLOWED BY AN UPPER BODY STRENGTH SESSION
FRIDAY- EXPLOSIVE MOVEMENT TRAINING FOLLOWED BY A FULL BODY STRENGTH SESSION
