This bundle package includes recovery sessions with our partner Capital Integrative Medicine who are highly regarded in the Nova area. With the recovery this package includes three training days throughout the week on days of Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

Our elite athlete training consists of developing athletes physically and mentally to bring out the best versions of themselves on and off the field. We are big believers in that where the mind goes the body flows, so developing the mind of an individual is vital to maximum performance. We will work on all phases of optimal performance from agility, speed, strengthening, explosiveness, and most importantly mobility.
